Why am I giving this exercise away for free?

Because I want you to be more comfortable! If you spend less time in pain, frustration, and fear, you will have more to give to the world. You can answer your true calling, instead of worrying about how you will get through the day.

I truly believe there is no need for you to be experiencing pain on a daily or even a weekly basis. There is no reason that you need to keep getting re-injured. I want to share with you this easy, yet profound method of healing because it has changed my life dramatically. I remember the panic, exhaustion, and irritation of chronic pain and repetitive injury. I remember how helpless I felt. And I remember the extreme relief and encouragement that came when (out of desperation), I tried the Feldenkrais Method.

Chronic pain and injury solutions run a wide gamut with varying success. You may have looked into lots of healing modalities, tried a variety of things that haven’t worked and maybe even had treatments that have made it worse (oy!).
